Services

01

Performance Physical Therapy

Performance physical therapy helps you recover from sports injuries, manage nagging pain, and prepare you for returning to your favorite activity and sport.  We use a combination of manual therapy techniques, dry needling, advanced exercise prescription, and well-planned periodization to bridge rehab and return to sports.

03

Blood Flow Restriction Training

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is a modality used in training and rehab to promote muscle hypertrophy (size) and strength.  Other benefits include improvement in muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, bone density, and pain.  BFR uses a tourniquet to reduces arterial blood inflow and venous outflow, therefore inducing earlier muscle fatigue at reduced exercise intensity and loading on joints.

02

Performance / Personal Training

Our performance training philosophy is based on sound science and practical applications.  Training programs starts with an in-depth assessment of the individual at their baseline followed by training cycles that focuses on improving different aspects of physical fitness and athletic performance with your particular goal in mind.

04

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a highly effective treatment for relieving muscle pain and improving range of motion. By inserting thin needles into the muscles, we can release tension, reduce pain, promote healing, and optimize muscle function.
