Services
01
Performance Physical Therapy
A specialized approach focused on enhancing athletic performance, preventing injury, and optimizing movement. It combines traditional rehabilitation with advanced strength training, mobility work, and sport-specific techniques to help athletes and active individuals move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level.
03
Blood Flow Restriction Training
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is an advanced rehabilitation and performance technique that involves using a specialized cuff or band to partially restrict blood flow to a limb during low-load resistance exercise. By limiting venous return while maintaining arterial inflow, BFR creates a training effect similar to high-intensity strength work—stimulating muscle growth, improving strength, and accelerating recovery—all with lighter weights and less joint stress.
02
Strength and Performance Coaching
Our coaching follows a specialized training approach designed to enhance an individual’s physical capabilities, athletic performance, and overall functional strength. This coaching focuses on developing power, speed, endurance, mobility, and resilience through personalized, evidence-based training programs.
04
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a skilled therapeutic technique used by licensed clinicians to treat muscle pain, tension, and movement impairments. It involves inserting thin, sterile needles into trigger points—tight or irritated areas within muscles—to stimulate a healing response. This helps release muscle knots, improve blood flow, reduce pain, and restore normal function. Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is based on modern anatomical and neurophysiological principles.
